As part of our product line at Advanced Seals & Gaskets Ltd, we manufacture a wide variety of products including leather pads. We manufacture leather pads in squares, rectangles, or circles, but our automated machinery can produce a variety of shapes with thicknesses ranging from 1.5 mm to 6 mm.

What is Leather?
Our leather pads are made from tanned cattle hide and are available in a variety of sizes and thicknesses. During processing, the leather is made stable and neutralised from the risk of putrefaction; this ensures that the leather gaskets are fit for purpose and long lasting.
As a rigid and rugged material, leather has a high tensile strength and is resistant to flex, tears, and punctures. Our leather is normally skived on one side and therefore appears dark brown or black on one side. However, it can be supplied in a variety of colours on the opposite side, allowing customers to customise their final product.
