BS2752 Solid Rubber Sheets
Advanced Seals & Gaskets Ltd supplies a wide range of high-quality solid rubber materials, including Neoprene (BS 2752), manufactured to meet British Standard 2752. This premium-grade neoprene offers higher tensile strength and superior temperature resistance compared to standard neoprene sheets.
BS2752 is typically produced in roll form, measuring 1.4 meters wide by 10 meters long, with thicknesses ranging from 1mm. Rolls can be shipped as full lengths or cut down into sheets to suit specific applications.
Our in-house conversion and laminating facilities enable us to supply a wide range of components, including sheets, gaskets, washers, strips, pads, and other items, with options for both plain and self-adhesive finishes, tailored to meet the precise needs of our customers.
What are BS2752 Rubber Sheets?
BS2752 is a Neoprene (polychloroprene/CR) synthetic rubber, manufactured to a higher specification than standard Neoprene. Available in shore hardnesses from 40° to 80°, BS2752 provides enhanced resistance to indentation, abrasion, and wear, making it suitable for demanding applications.
The material is supplied in roll form but can be easily cut into sheets, ready for conversion into finished components such as gaskets, washers, pads, strips, and sleeves.
