BF1000 silicone is produced in sheets or rolls at 915mm wide, with standard thicknesses ranging from 1.6mm to 25.4mm. Using our in-house high-spec machinery, including oscillating knives and presses, we efficiently manufacture custom BF1000 washers to your precise dimensions, offering quality, consistency, and cost savings.
Washers can be supplied as plain, self-adhesive, or foil-faced, either as individual cut parts or kiss-cut on rolls, depending on your application requirements.
What are BF-1000 Silicone Washers?
A washer is a flattened ring of material placed between two surfaces or joints to reduce friction, stabilise surfaces, and create a level base for nuts, bolts, and other fixings. BF1000 silicone sponge washers are extra soft, lightweight, and durable.
Despite being an open-cell material, BF1000 silicone can form a moisture, dust, and air-tight seal when compressed adequately, making it perfect for sealing and protective applications across various industries.

- Flame Retardant Silicone Sponge – UL94-V0 rated, self-extinguishing, low smoke, operating temperature -60°C to +230°C
- Food Quality Silicone Sponge Rubber – medium density, closed-cell, FDA approved, operating temperature -40°C to +200°C
