Fast Recovery PVC Foam Gaskets

Advanced Seals & Gaskets Ltd work with a wide network of reputable material manufacturers and suppliers, enabling us to offer gaskets cut from a range of materials in many grades, densities and colours. One of the more popular materials includes various grades of PVC Foam, one of which includes Fast Recovery PVC Foam, used to manufacture our fast recovery PVC foam gaskets.  Fast Recovery PVC is a closed-cell, low-density foam which has a number of excellent mechanical properties, used widely for sealing and insulation. 

Fast Recovery PVC Foam is manufactured and stocked in roll form with a choice of thicknesses between 2mm and 20mm, roll widths of 1 meter or 1.4 meters and rolls lengths of up to 130 meters long depending on the thickness, which can be used to cut fast recovery PVC foam gaskets. 

Fast Recovery PVC Foam gaskets are produced in-house, meaning we can manufacture bespoke items to match our customer's samples or drawings, from a simple rectangular picture frame gasket to a more complex shape with cut-outs, notches or bolt holes, whether it’s a small sample batch or a multi-thousand run, we have a machine designed to quickly and accurately produce perfectly formed gaskets every time. 

Our onsite facilities house a range of state of the art conversion machinery including a range of presses, CNC machines, slitting machines and log cutters, enabling us to take these sheets and cut them into gaskets of any shape and in most sizes, for very large fast recovery PVC foam gaskets, they can be fabricated using multiple sheets and made up in sections and put together in a similar way to pieces of jigsaw puzzles.
