Fast Recovery PVC Foam Strip

Here at Advanced Seals & Gaskets Ltd, we work with a wide network of material manufacturers, enabling us to offer strips cut from a range of materials in many grades, densities and colours. One popular material type is various grades of PVC Foam, one of which includes Fast Recovery PVC Foam, used to manufacture fast recovery PVC foam strips. Fast Recovery PVC is a closed-cell, low-density foam which has a number of excellent mechanical properties, used widely for sealing and insulation. 

Fast Recovery PVC Foam is manufactured and stocked in roll form with a choice of thicknesses between 2mm and 20mm, roll widths of 1 meter or 1.4 meters and rolls lengths of up to 130 meters long depending on the thickness, from which fast recovery PVC foam strips can be cut. By following customers' dimensions, drawings or samples, we can produce bespoke sized fast recovery PVC foam strips using a choice of bandsaws, strippers, log cutters and even presses depending upon the size and quantity required. 

In-house production allows us to closely oversee the whole production process ensuring we consistently produce high quality, competitively priced strips.  Our Fast Recovery PVC foam strips can be cut from 2 meters or 1-meter x 1-meter sheets or continuous rolls, in widths starting at around 4mm wide, all manufactured with a choice of self-adhesive tapes or foils in lengths of just a few millimetres long to continuous lengths in coil form.
