Fluorosilicone rubber is stocked in continuous rolls at 915mm wide, with thicknesses ranging from 0.5mm to 3.2mm, which can be cut or pressed into custom washers. Using premium materials and state-of-the-art in-house machinery, our team produces Flurosilicone washers to customer samples or drawings, ensuring a precise fit for any application.

What Are Fluorosilicone Silicone Rubber Washers?
Standard silicone rubber washers are ideal for many mechanical sealing applications, but they can deteriorate when exposed to fuels. Flurosilicone washers, on the other hand, are blue-coloured, long-lasting elastomers that remain stable under extreme temperatures and offer enhanced resistance to fuels, oils, acids, alkalies, and solvents.
A washer is a flat ring of material, defined by Outer Diameter (OD), Inner Diameter (ID), and thickness, cut from a sheet or roll of fluorosilicone. They are placed between surfaces to create level surfaces, act as spacers, or distribute pressure under nuts and bolts. They are also used in vibration-damping, sealing, and insulating applications.
