What Are Food Quality Neoprene Rubber Strips?
Food quality neoprene rubber strips are made from synthetic, white, tasteless, and odourless neoprene (CR) that complies with FDA and EU regulations. The white colour allows for easy detection of dirt or contaminants, making it safe for use in applications involving food, drink, or pharmaceutical products.
These strips are produced in rolls measuring 1.4 meters wide by 5 or 10 meters long and in thicknesses starting from 1mm. Using advanced machinery such as bandsaws, strippers, log cutters, and presses, we can cut strips to customer specifications in widths starting at 4mm and lengths up to 10 meters, supplied in either continuous coils or pre-cut pieces.
Strips can also be coated with self-adhesive backing or laminated to other materials to create tailored products suitable for various sealing, cushioning, or vibration control applications.
