Our conductive silicone rubber sheets are manufactured in thicknesses of 1.6mm, 2mm, and 3.2mm, with a width of 915mm. They are supplied in standard sheet lengths of 1m or state-of-the-art on-site conversion and lamination facilities, and we can cut these sheets into bespoke parts, including strips, pads, washers, and gaskets, ready for immediate use in a wide range of applications.

What are Electrically Conductive Silicone Rubber Sheets?

Electrically Conductive Silicone Rubber is a carbon-filled silicone material that acts as a low-amp conductor. It is often used to prevent static charge buildup and to protect against electrostatic discharge (ESD).

These sheets are also commonly referred to as conductive rubber, and are widely used to eliminate electromagnetic interference (EMI) and radio frequency interference (RFI) in electronics.
