Advanced Seals & Gaskets Ltd supply a wide range of high-quality silicone sponge sheets, including food-quality silicone sponge rubber sheets, designed for use in the food, drink, and pharmaceutical industries. Our FDA-approved silicone sponge is manufactured in continuous rolls up to 10 meters long, with skin on both faces, in thicknesses from 1.5mm to 12mm. These can be converted into silicone sponge rubber sheets at standard sizes of 1m x 1m or 1m x 2m, or cut to bespoke dimensions as required.
With our state-of-the-art onsite conversion facilities, including presses, CNC machines, slitting machines, and log cutters, we can supply full sheets or cut parts, including strips, pads, washers, and gaskets, finished with foils or self-adhesive tapes for added convenience.
What are Food Quality Silicone Sponge Rubber Sheets?
Food quality silicone sponge sheets are white, medium-density, closed-cell silicone sheets that are platinum-cured and made from taste- and odourless ingredients, ensuring they do not contaminate products.
Unlike some “food safe” alternatives, our silicone sponge sheets are fully FDA-compliant under 21 CFR 177.2600 for repeated use in food processing and are also WRAS-approved for use in contact with drinking water.
Manufactured in continuous rolls, sheets can be supplied in whole or cut to size, ready for use in conveyors, work surfaces, liners, or custom gaskets.
