Advanced Seals & Gaskets Ltd supply a wide range of high-quality silicone sponge sheets, including the popular HT800 silicone sponge, designed for applications requiring flame retardancy, durability, and versatile sealing performance.

HT800 is a medium-firmness, closed-cell silicone sponge manufactured in rolls 915mm wide and in thicknesses from 0.8mm to 12.7mm. Rolls can be converted into HT800 silicone sponge sheets of 1-meter or 2-meter lengths, or cut to bespoke sizes and pads as required by the customer.

Our in-house laminating services enable layering sponge sheets to increase thickness, as well as lamination with foils, adhesives, or other materials to enhance functionality. This flexibility allows customers to make strips, gaskets, pads, or larger surface coverings, reducing joins and improving efficiency.

What are HT800 Silicone Sponge Sheets?

HT800 is a closed-cell, flame-retardant silicone sponge that offers excellent sealing, low flame spread, low smoke generation, and minimal toxic gas emissions.

Ideal for fire-safe applications, HT800 silicone sponge sheets are commonly used in HVAC systems, electrical enclosures, lighting fixtures, and various types of transportation equipment. Rolls can be supplied as-is, giving customers the freedom to cut sheets to the precise sizes needed. Alternatively, pre-cut sheets and pads can be provided for added convenience.
