Metal-detectable silicone rubber is manufactured in continuous rolls 1.2 meters wide, with thicknesses ranging from 0.5mm to 10mm. These can be shipped as full rolls or converted into metal detectable silicone rubber sheets for immediate use in various industrial and production applications.
Our on-site facilities, including presses, bandsaws, slitters, and CNC machines, enable us to cut these rolls into 1-meter or 2-meter sheets, as well as more customised, bespoke sheets and pads. These sheets can be further processed into gaskets, washers, pads, or strips, with plain or self-adhesive finishes available through our in-house laminating service.
