Non-cross-linked polyethylene foam is a lightweight, closed-cell material that exhibits a variety of resistance and insulation properties, and is available in different grades, densities, and colours. Here at Advanced Seals & Gaskets Limited, we supply Non-Cross-Linked Polyethylene Foam Sheets as standard at 1200mm x 2000mm with a thickness range of between 50mm and 100mm. This can be cut to meet a wide range of requirements and as all conversions are completed on-side, we maintain complete quality control. Our Non-Cross-Linked Polyethylene Foam Sheets can be manufactured plain, with self-adhesive backings, foils or films.

What is Non-Cross-Linked Polyethylene Foam?
Non-cross-linked polyethylene foam is a CFC and HCF free material that offers excellent performance for a variety of industries. This material is non-abrasive, water resistant, flexible, and lightweight.
Unlike cross-linked polyethylene foam, non-cross-linked polyethylene foam is extruded. Air is injected into the manufacturing cells, which then combine with neighbouring cells to form non-cross-linked polyethylene foam.
