Commercial insertion rubber is often blended with other polymers such as neoprene and EPDM, enhancing its strength and versatility. Supplied in roll form at 1.4 metres wide and 10 metres long, and available in thicknesses from 1mm upwards, this material is ideal for pressing into durable, high-performance washers.
Using state-of-the-art machinery and premium-grade materials, our in-house conversion facilities produce custom-made commercial insertion rubber washers to exact customer specifications. Each washer is manufactured using customer-supplied drawings or samples, ensuring a precise fit and optimal performance. We can even provide sample batches for testing before full-scale production.
Depending on the size, thickness, and quantity required, our production team selects from a range of atoms, autos, travelling head and kiss-cut presses. For larger or thicker washers, we utilise our CNC oscillating knife technology to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and cost-effective lead times without compromising on quality.
