Using our on-site facilities, ASG can supply EPDM sheets in continuous rolls, pre-cut sheets, or finished parts. Sheets are available in a variety of thicknesses and can be laminated to other materials such as foam or cork for more technical applications.

What is EPDM?

EPDM stands for Ethylene Propylene Diene Monomer, a synthetic rubber highly valued for its air and water-tight properties, UV resistance, and durability in extreme temperatures. EPDM offers:

  • Excellent chemical resistance

  • Resistance to animal and vegetable oils, water, steam, and oxygenated solvents

  • Operating temperature range from -35°C to +120°C

    Applications of EPDM Sheets

    EPDM sheets are ideal for external sealing applications due to their:

    ASG provides EPDM sheeting for a wide range of industries and can supply gaskets compliant with BS EN 681-1 for potable water and FDA-approved applications. Gaskets are available in high or low volumes, in standard shapes as well as dovetail and picture frame profiles.

    Self-Adhesive EPDM Sheets

    FDA-approved EPDM sheets are manufactured in blue or white to meet EU 1935/2004 and FDA 21 CFR Part 177, Section 2600 standards, ensuring safe use in food and beverage applications.

    WRAS-approved EPDM complies with BS EN 681-1, making it suitable for drinking and potable water applications. This black EPDM sheet, featuring a cloth finish, is also resistant to microbiological growth.
